Write…That we breed sturgeons
Title
Write…That we breed sturgeons
Description
"Poet: Smirnovsky, S.
A bureaucrat can always manage in such a way.
And sturgeon is not the problem here...
This man can breed everything and every day,
He only needs to have ink there.
The word “razvodit” in Russian has several meanings. Here the authors have created a pun by combining its two meanings—“to breed” and “dilute.” The bureaucrats are diluting ink with water when writing about breeding sturgeons in their report on pollution control; thus the reader understands that they are falsifying the report."
